  • What services does your company offer?
We specialize in epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurethane coatings for various applications. We service all industries, including Agricultural, Residential, Commercial and Industrial.
  • How do I know which coating is best for my project?
Our expert team will conduct a thorough assessment of your project's requirements, including the substrate, location, and specific needs, to recommend the most suitable coating system. We'll work closely with you to ensure your expectations are met.
  • What is the typical timeline for coating installation?
Epoxy coatings typically take 2-3 days for installation and curing, while polyaspartic coatings can be completed in as little as one day, allowing for faster project turnaround.
  • Are these coatings customizable in terms of colour and finish? Can you create custom designs or logos in the coatings?
Yes, both epoxy and polyaspartic coatings offer a wide range of colour and finish options. We can create custom designs, patterns, logos and colours to meet your aesthetic preferences.
  • Do I need to leave the house during installation day?
There’s no danger to you or others in the household. Our products contain no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and our surface preparation creates minimal dust during installation.
  • What do I need to do to prepare for installation day?
Please have everything off the floor as well as any items off shelves you do not want to get dusty - our floor grinders are dustless but the walls are hand-ground and although we have a vac attached it can still kick up dust.
  •
How soon after the coatings are applied can I get on my floor?
Once your top coat is applied we ask that you stay off the floor for at least 12 hours. You can start moving smaller items in after the 12-hour period but we suggest waiting 24 hours until moving in your heavier items (fridge, workbenches etc) Avoid dragging if possible. Please wait a full 48 hours before parking a vehicle.
  • What type of surface prep is required before coatings can be applied?
Surface preparation is essential to ensure proper adhesion of the coatings to the substrate. It removes contaminants, creates a clean surface, and allows the coatings to bond effectively, ensuring a durable and long-lasting finish. Surface preparation methods can include grinding, acid etching, diamond grinding, shot blasting and mechanical scarification. The choice of method depends on the substrate condition and the specific coating system being applied. Our preferred method is Diamond Grinding. Diamond grind mechanically abrades the substrate's surface, removing contaminants, rough spots, and irregularities. This results in a clean, open-pored surface that allows coatings to bond securely, preventing them from easily detaching.
  • Do you install coatings in the winter months?
Yes, there are no temperature constraints down to -30 degrees Celsius.
  • What is the warranty for polyaspartic or epoxy coatings?
The product is guaranteed against unexplained delamination for a period of 20 years. The guarantee does not cover deep foundation cracks, scratches, tire marks, concrete delamination, local discolouration or general wear and tear. The 20-year guarantee is non-transferable.
  • How do I clean and maintain my floor?

Start by sweeping any large pieces of dirt and debris. Spray or scrub off any stubborn dirt, grease or grime using a hose or deck brush with water. Rinse away with clean water and squeegee away excess (we recommend a foam squeegee) Using soapy water scrub to loosen any salt, dirt or grease (A mixture of mild pH-neutral cleaner and water is best.) Rinse with water and squeegee away excess.
